Yesterday, 21st of March was World Down Syndrome Day. It is a day set aside to celebrate and support those with down syndrome.
As a way of marking the day, President Donald Trump shared this photo and captioned it:
“We will always support the dreams of those with Down syndrome, and respect and honor the sanctity of their lives, at every stage.”
