President, Muhammadu Buhari has announced on Wednesday, December 11th that Nigeria will commence issuance of visa on arrival for all persons holding passports of African countries.
This was made known by the President Buhari while speaking at the opening session of ASWAN forum currently holding in Egypt and presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad shared it on his handle.
According to President Buhari, the Visa on Arrival will take effect from 2020.
The delegates in the conference are very happy when President Buhari announce the visa on arrival policy of Nigeria to the African nationals. But on the other hand the citizen of the country is not delighted to hear the news and they strongly oppose the new visa policy. They feel that by allowing those foreign nationals in the country is like compromising the national security of the country.
