The flood caused by the heavy rainfall in Owerri, Imo State on Tuesday, 14th June swept a lady away around the Imo State University (IMSU) Junction.
A young man is seen in now viral video narrating how the incident occurred.
According to him, the lady fell into a gutter which was not visible due to the flood. When he rushed to help her, she slipped off his hand as the pressure from the water pushed her away.
He further revealed that they’ve gone to the spot where the water discharges but couldn’t find the lady who has now been identified as Ngozi Adiele.
