It was a shocking moment when a final year student of the Cross Rivers University of Technology (CRUTECH) was shot dead Monday morning at about 11.30am shortly after he finished his final year first semester examination. Read previous post here.
The Final year Engineering student has been identified as James Chia. He was shot to death by suspected cultists belonging to a rival group on Monday afternoon.
James was reportedly a popular student known as ‘Jay’ Real on Facebook. He hailed from Abi Local Government, but grew up in Ogoja, Cross River.
He was a 500-level student of Engineering in the Cross River University of Technology, CRUTECH, Calabar Campus.
