A 2019 Imo governorship candidate, Uche Nwosu has released fund for late gospel singer, Chinedu Nwadike’s wife to set up a business.
Nwosu who is also the a former Chief of Staff to Imo State Government House, disclosed this today, Wednesday, 7, after hosting the family in his home in Owerri during the weekend.
Taking to Facebook, Nwosu wrote:
“Last weekend in Owerri, I hosted the family of our friend and late gospel singer, Evang. Chinedu Nwadike, who was an active member of the Rescue Mission Family.
“In this era when the economies of countries around the world is struggling, you can imagine how difficult it is to raise three Children left behind by our dear brother.
“Therefore, under the “U-Fund for Women” program of the Ugwumba Leadership Center, I have approved the release of some funds to enable her establish a business in Owerri, Imo State.
“Am sure this support will go a long way in taking care of the kids and other needs.”
