Supreme Court sets December 15 for judgment in Nnamdi Kanu’s appeal against government’s charges.
following final arguments by lawyers representing both sides, the supreme court set december 15 as the date for it’s judgment on the federal government’s appeal against the court of appeal’s decision to dismiss charges against nnamdi kanu and order his release.
On his part, Kanu is praying for the court to allow the judgment of the court of appeal and set aside the order of the federal government by staying the execution of the judgment.
In response, Kanu is asking the Supreme Court to affirm the court of appeal’s decision and reject the federal government’s request to overturn it.
