A media personality named Bolanle Olukanni has related her grief over the demise of the female lawyer, Bolanle Raheem, who was shot dead by a policeman in Lagos.
It was bitter incident on Sunday morning, December 25th, when the deceased was coming back from Christmas service along with her family.
In her reaction, Olukanni revealed that Bolanle was the agent who aided her in purchasing her landed property earlier this year.
She wrote, “Bolanle Raheem was my real estate agent. She supported me in my goal and was always cheering me on. She was so hardworking , positive and had such a cheerful spirit. She has a husband and child. I can’t even say more. The Nigerian police are killers.”
When the spokesman of the Lagos Police Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, called the incident ‘unfortunate,’ Olukanni vented her grievance on him, ending her remark on an angry note, obviously as a result of a heavy heart.
