A security man who was allegedly defiling an 8-year-old girl in Ibusa, Asaba, Delta State was caught pants down by residents.
The man was reportedly caught in the act on Saturday, August 22nd,2020, in a building under construction.
The suspect was stripped, tied up and handed over to the police for further investigation.
According to reports, many are outraged that the victim’s parents, who are pastors, have decided not to press charges due to stigmatization.
