A popular Twitter user identified as Terdoo Oluwadara Bendega has been called out by several women as a pornographer who films without consent, a blackmailer and an abuser.
By Thursday, 30th March, 2023, Nigerian Twitter users were bombarded with information about the alleged dirty acts of Terdoo. The Twitter thread revealed a long list of sexual blackmail, revenge porn and manipulation allegedly done by Terdoo Oluwadara Bendega on unsuspecting young women that lasted over ten years.
Terdoo, who describes himself on LinkedIn as an “experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with a background in Computer Science and a knack for Informed Decision Making through Data Analytics,” has gone by multiple Twitter identities. It was revealed that he changes his Twitter name each time he is exposed, and has thus evaded detection for years.
They claimed Terdoo created a Telegram channel where he allegedly shares lewd photos and videos of women that he took without their knowledge or consent.
As at 2020, women began accusing him on social media of sexual abuse and revenge porn, some saying the abuse started as far back as 2012.
It is claimed that Terdoo sets up his phone, laptop or camera before his sexual partners meet with him, and he records and saves their entire intimate act without the knowledge of the lady. He then uses the photo or video to force her into doing his bidding or she risk having her nude shared to the public.
The recent massive attack on Terdoo now began after his ex hacked one of his social media accounts, and released to the public on Twitter his illegal activities.
The posts did not gain much recognition because it was during the election season in Nigeria. But after 31st March, the page containing the post saw a huge turn up as many other women who claimed to have been his victims related their experiences.
The ex claimed that he was in the habit of choking her until she was completely breathless before letting her go, even abusing her physically until she was bruised. She also said that by the time the whole drama has ended, he would blame her for his anger.
The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Agency has reacted to the trend via its Twitter handle, saying that the matter is being looked into with a view to redress it and serve justice.
Terdoo has also been rejected in a public statement by Omnibiz Africa, the company where he served as Growth Manager, affirming that he is no longer with them. The organization has also urged all complainants to report to the appropriate authorities.
