Celebrity photographer, Busola Dakolo had a memorable meeting with multiple award-winning writer, Chimamanda Adichie in Lagos. You can easily tell from the heartwarming embrace and the sweet laughter that the two women shared.
The internationally celebrated writer and feminist was in Lagos yesterday, December 4th for a mini fashion show to promote the ‘Wear Nigerian’ Project.
The show was organised to recognize and celebrate the amazing works of Nigerian fashion designers while providing a platform for them to gain international exposure.
It also featured unique pieces by Nigerian fashion designers. Guests were enlightened on the processes involved in making some of our native textiles and fashion pieces.
