Football superstar, Lionel Messi had his first training with his new teammates at PSG on Thursday, August 12, after moving to the club from Barcelona.
The Argentine superstar trained with his teammates, and also met with Kylian Mbappe having been hotly anticipated by the media. He also met a long-time rival, Sergio Ramos.
The six-time Ballon d’Or winner joined Paris Saint-Germain on a two-year contract with PSG on Tuesday, just days after Barcelona announced he was leaving the club he joined 21 years ago.
Messi’s deal is worth £25m per year after tax – plus bonuses – and includes a £25m signing-on fee, while it also follows the summer arrivals of Gianluigi Donnarumma, Achraf Hakimi, Sergio Ramos and Georginio Wijnaldum at the Parc des Princes.
