A man has revealed that he will not make love to his wife henceforth except she shows her permanent voter’s card (PVC).
The man known on Facebook as Awuzie Frankline said the issue of PVC has become so serious that he is willing to deprive his wife conjugal bliss if she doesn’t show hers.
