Two men in a Honda-Pilot SUV, alleged to be Labour party agents were reportedly apprehended trying to buy the codes for the Bimodal Voters Accreditation System (BVAS) somewhere in Surulere, Lagos state.
The duo were surrounded and some in the crowd demanded to see their identity card.
The whole scene took place on Saturday, March 18.
