Comedian Ayo Makun (AY) has told Nigerians to use same effort they used in calling for actress Funke Akindele’s arrest to also call for the arrest of the numerous oppressors in Government.
AY who acknowledged that no one is above the law also expressed hope that the embattled actress will rise above the current predicament she’s in.
He wrote:
“YES! NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW. BUT I WISH THOSE OF YOU WHO CALLED OUT @funkeakindele CAN DO SAME WITH YOUR COUNTLESS OPPRESSORS IN GOVERNMENT… EVEN WHEN THE SKY IS FILLED WITH CLOUDS THE SUN STILL SHINES ABOVE. FUNKE WILL RISE AGAIN.#LESSONSLEARNT”
Funke Akindele and her husband, JJC Skillz were arrested, tried and sentenced to 14 days community service and fined N100,000 each for flouting the Lagos state government’s order on social gathering.
