Popular human rights activist and convener of Concerned Nigerians, Deji Adeyanju has challenged Ibrahim Magu, the acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Commission (EFCC) to declare his assets publicly.
According to the activist, the tenure of the EFCC acting chairman is coming to an end, hence the need for him to declare his assets so Nigerians can know how much he had before his appointment and how much he made while working as EFCC’s boss.
He also expressed that the boss of the anti-graft agency should expect more petitions from his group.
It would be recalled that Deji had earlier filed a Petition against Ahmed Bola Tinubu, a national leader of the ruling All Progressive Congress over the two bullion Vans spotted at his residence on the eve of 2019 Presidential election.
