Controversial TV personality, Afia Schwarzenegger has come really hard on men who collect money from their brides-to-be to pay the bride price.
According Afia, such men should better relinquish the position of the husband and stop seeking respect where it would not be found because the woman who pays the bride price is the husband.
The comedienne sometime ago revealed that she paid her own bride price and single-handily footed the bills of her wedding to estranged ex-husband, Abrokwah.
Their marriage was however short-lived as it came to a scandalous end when Afia Schwarzenegger was caught in bed with another man in their matrimonial bed.
According to her, anyone who has done what she did in the past or is doing it should know that the man would refuse to be the husband of the house and her, the woman would take the position of the husband since she paid the bride price.
She wrote:

If your woman gives you money to pay her bride price like I did…
You are NOT her husband but her wife!!!!
