COZA warns those tweeting #Pastorstepdown with wrath of God, Nigerians attack back

CommonWealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) has warned those tweeting #Pastorstepdown to desist from it or be faced with the wrath of God.

Recall that the #Pastorstepdown campaign was started yesterday by a COZA member, actor and Vlogger, Akah Nnani who insisted that whether innocent or not, the pastor should do the honourable thing by stepping down from the pulpit pending when a thorough investigation into the matter is concluded to avoid further embarrassment on the church.

The hashtag has since gained so much usage on social media, with people prominent figures like Actress Adesua Etomi, wife of singer Banky W, openly supporting it. This has forced the Church to come out to speak against it and discourage people from dragging the pastor’s name. COZA tweeted:

For those of you tweeting #PastorStepDown please desist from this, and don’t mention @BiodunFatoyinbo in this. The Devil is clearly at work here, and God will surely bring all you doing this should stop now, or face the wrath of God.

However, Nigerians were not having and jumped into the comment section to attack even more. Read some of their comments below.

  1. For the COZA rapist calling himself a pastor, I’m sorry for him and all those that are supporting him. For they have no home in heaven. I’m also sorry for those ladies who go to places of worship and instead of them telling God that, Lord, you can call your name and tell God that you are here, they would prefer to make their presence noticed by the pastors. And most of the end time pastors we have now are fake. They operate some of this churches to make money and get some of the beautiful girls to sleep with. I pity those girls more especially when they give them selves cheaply to the so-called pastors. Those so-called pastors pay house rent for girls and buy cars for some of them. The so-called Pastor of COZA should be prosecuted and stop threatening people who complain about their behavior with the wrath of God. God is very angry with such pastors. May God deliver us from the wickedness of these days pastors.
