Senator Adebayo Osinowo who represents Lagos East senatorial district is dead.
He was reported to have died on Monday at First Cardiologist Hospital, Lagos.
A close aide confirmed that he died after a brief illness. The senator who was popularly known as Pepper was aged 64.
Osinowo was a four-time member of the Lagos State House of Assembly before he moved to the National Assembly.
