Singer Peter Okoye “Mr P” has shared the breaking news that Nigerian singers Omah Lay and Tems have been released from Ugandan Police custody.
The fast rising Nigerian singers were arrested in Uganda for allegedly flouting COVID-19 protocols during a concert they performed at during the weekend.
But many Nigerians and some Ugandans believe that the arrests have more to do with the local politics in the country than the COVID-19 pandemic.
