Unidentified thugs have set on fire a High Court in Owutu-Edda, Afikpo south L.G.A of Ebonyi State.
The Registrar of the court, Oluchi Uduma, confirmed the incident on Wednesday, March 22, and told pressmen that hoodlums raided and burnt the court house on Tuesday, March 21. He added that the structure, documents, and other valuables were completely razed.
Chairman of Afikpo south L.G.A, Chima Nkama, also confirmed the incident, adding that the matter has been reported to the police.
