The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa, has been recognized for his outstanding leadership with the
Excellent Leadership Award. The award was presented by the Catholic Laity Council of Nigeria, Awka Diocese (CLCNAD), during the flag-off of Laity Week 2025 in Awka, Nigeria.
The event, which was attended by prominent religious leaders and political figures, including Governor Chukwuma Soludo CFR and Chief Ben Obi (Ojele Igbo), was marked by a Pontifical Mass concelebrated by the Catholic Bishop of Awka Diocese, His Lordship Most Rev. Paulinus Ezeokafor.
In his acceptance speech, Chief Ezeokenwa expressed his gratitude for the recognition and reaffirmed his commitment to faith-driven leadership, integrity in governance, and service to humanity.
