The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa, has expressed deep shock and sadness over the sudden
passing of Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah, a distinguished statesman, philanthropist, and business leader. Senator Ubah, who represented Anambra Central Senatorial District and served as CEO of Capital Oil and Gas, willbe deeply missed for his dedicated service to the people of Anambra State and Nigeria.
Barrister Ezeokenwa remembered Senator Ubah as a “great son of Ndigbo” and a soaring figure in politics and national life, whose commitment to progress and
patriotism has left a lasting impact. He noted that Senator Ubah’s leadership in the oil and gas industry has ensured its growth and sustainability for future generations.
Reflecting on a recent encounter with Senator Ubah, Barr. Ezeokenwa remarked on the senator’s energetic presence, which now serves as a touching reminder of
life’s transitory nature.
“Senator Ifeanyi Ubah was a soaring figure, not just in politics but in various spheres of our national life,” Ezeokenwa stated. “His resolute commitment to the progress of Anambra State has left an indelible mark on our shared history. He was a statesman who consistently demonstrated the
