Multichoice Nigeria has announced another price increment across its DStv and GOtv packages by at least 19%.
This is the second time viewers will be witnessing another price increment, the first one was increased on the 1st of May 2023.
The price is set to be increased again on the 1st of May 2024.
The company is announcing a 19 to 20% increase across its packages this time.
The company stated that it was due to economic challenges in May when it announced the first increment last year. The reason for this year’s increment in price is due to inflation.
In the new price list for DStv, The price of Premium bouquet moved from N29,500 to N37,000; Compact+ from N19,800 to N25,000; Compact from N12,500 to N15,700 while Confam moved from N7,400 to N9,300.
For GOtv users, Supa+ increased from N12,500 to N15,700; Supa moved from N7,600 to N9,600; Max from N5,700 to N7,200 while moved from Jolli, from N3,950 to N4,850.
