The Presidential Elections Petitions Tribunal has adjourned the hearing of petitions by Peter Obi, the 2023 Labour Party (LP) Presidential candidate.
The court has placed the adjournment on Wednesday, 10th May.
Expressive Info earlier reported that the petitions by Atiku and the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) were postponed until Tuesday, 9th May.
It also reported that the pre-hearing of the petitions Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, and others against Tinubu will take place at the Abuja Appeal Court on Monday, 8th May.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu was declared winner of the 2023 Presidential election held on 25th February. However, the declaration has been followed by a lot of controversies, troubles and legal battles.
