Peter Obi was among the petitioners that were present at the hearing which commenced today, May 8 at the Presidential Elections Petitions Tribunal (PEPT).
The Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate was all smiles in a video where he is seen exchanging handshakes with lawyers and others who were present in court.
Recall that Obi, Atiku Abubakar and others files a petition at the tribunal challenging INEC’s declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu of APC as the winner of February 25, presidential election.
