A woman in Owerri, Imo State, has raised the alarm about the maltreatment of three kids who live in her neighborhood.
In a video now shared online, the woman who is yet to be identified filmed the children who live under the care of their father and step mother.
One of the kids has his legs chained and locked with a key, while his physically challenged sister is seen washing clothes that their step mother instructed her to wash.
On interrogation, the boy who is chained revealed that they have not eaten since morning.
The woman who is filming and speaking on the background revealed that someone called her to come and see what the kids were going through. She is now calling on relevant government officials to go and rescue the children.
