The administration of Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state will come to end on Friday, March 17 for the administration of Governor-elect, Charles Soludo to come on board.
Obiano constitutionally handed over to Soludo on Wednesday aheadof the Inauguration on Friday.
In a live broadcast on Thursday morning, the out-going governor gave his farewell speech and account for stewardship.
