Over voting has been spotted in a result sheet posted by an APC member on Facebook who claimed that APC won at PU 016 Umuokoro Amato Hall, Eziama Okpala in Ngor Okpala LGA.
From the result sheet:
Total Votes Cast (Valid and invalid) – 130
Total Accreditation – 124
The total number of votes cast is not supposed to exceed the number of accredited voters.
