An Edo man has cried out over f a road being being constructed at inferior standard in his community.
In the video he shared, the man said the road which is being constructed at Igarra in Akoko-Edo Local Government Area of Edo State is being constructed with a drainage system that stopped halfway and has no rods.
The concerned citizen who went on to show that the road is of poor quality by removing the asphalt with his hands, averred that idioms like “half bread is better than none” is what has kept the country in its sad state.
He maintained that it is better that people do things rightly than going on with a project with poor quality, while also recounting how he ensured that his community got one of the best roads in Edo state while participating in its construction.
