As at the time of filing this report, Expressiveinfo can exclusively report that some Elected Councillors in Imo State have gathered at the front of Imo International Convention Centre (IICC) at Ware House roundabout to commence a protest March to INEC office in Owerri.
The Councillors who conspicuously displayed the reason for their protest on a banner are demanding the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to immediately release the Certificate of Return of Governor Rochas Okorocha as the duly elected Senator elect of Imo West Senatorial district.
