Nigeria’s superstar singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has taken to social media to pay tribute to his mother who died years back as he remembers her on Mother’s Day.
Sharing a throwback photo of his mother carrying him while he was a baby, Davido who named his first child, Imade after his late mother wished her a happy Mother’s Day and prayed for her to continue to rest in peace.
He wrote: “Happy Mother’s day MAMA! Keep resting in perfect peace. We Dey worry dem down here!! Wish you were here!”
