The death of Remo Stars assistant captain, Tiyamiyu Kaka Kazeem has reawakened the call by Nigerians who have been seeking the end of Special Anti-Robbery Squard (SARS).
In a video which has been shared on social media, the father of the deceased footballer was seen holding on to a SARS officer who is said to be responsible for the death of the footballer.
The officer identified as Oyato, is being alleged by locals as the killer officer.
According to reports, officer Oyato is said to be notorious for scouting perceived internet fraud operators, also known as “yahoo boys” in order to obtain money from them.
On the day of the incident, he was reported to have angrily forced Kaka out of the moving vehicle, ramming him into another oncoming vehicle because Kaka had identified himself as a footballer but not a “yahoo boy”.
