The Rivers State University community has been thrown into mourning following the tragic death of a final year Law student who was allegedly stabbed to death in the early hours of Tuesday December 10.
24-year-old Matilda Itonyo Mark was reportedly found lying in the pool of her blood after being stabbed inside her room at RSU Main Gate in Port Harcourt. It is also suspected that she was allegedly raped by her assailants.
Matilda’s corpse has reportedly been evacuated to a morgue. Her friends have already taken to social media to pen down tributes to her.
