The video of the burning house of Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor has been shared online.
The house located in Oraifite, Anambra State was set ablaze on Monday, December 2nd following the invasion of combine forces from the Nigerian police and army whom the members of Indigenous peoples of Biafra accused of killing two IPOB members.
Recall that the Police confirmed that they were at the residence of Ifeanyi Ejiofor on Monday. However, police spokesperson Haruna Mohammed claimed that they went there to arrest him after they received a complain about his alleged involvement in abduction, assault occasioning harm and malicious damage to property. The invasion led to a violent confrontation between members of IPOB and the security operatives which led to the death of at least two persons and injury of many others.
