There is confusion at the moment at the Local Government Council Headquarters of Isiala Mbano in Imo State.
It is alleged that the LGA Chairman has blocked The Legislative Council hall to prevent the Councillors from sitting because he is afraid of impeachment over allegation of embezzlement of fund.
