Recall that on Wednesday, May 13, one of the Dubai returnees, a 32-year-old man was reported to have died of suspected COVID-19 complication.
Abayomi, in his latest update, said the positive evacuees have been moved to one of the isolation centres.
The evacuees have been observing the mandatory 14-day isolation in Lagos, having arrived on May 6.
He tweeted; “3 of the returnees recently evacuated from Dubai have tested positive for #COVID19 infection following #COVID19 test conducted on them.
Those affected have been admitted to @followlasg #COVID19 care centre for appropriate treatment protocols.”
